"Just over a year ago I had the pleasure of reading a pair of companion books written by Montreal-based researcher, art critic and poet Louise Boisclair.
I penned a review of them which is now published in Capacious: Journal for Emerging Affect Inquiry.
The first of the two-book set is about immersive art, and the second uses affect theory to explore what happens when the body finds itself in limit situations.
I hope that this review can act as a gateway into Louise’s work for English-language readers and that it can draw attention to some of the thought-provoking immersive art installations which her writing embraces.
